Community Solar allows renters, home owners, and businesses to receive a discount on their monthly electric utility bill when they subscribe to a solar farm. 

Savings occur when a resident subscribes to a solar farm that is selling its energy production to a utility company. Savings vary depending on geography, state policies, utility company policies, and other factors.

A resident who successfully subscribes to a community solar project is eligible for the gift card. After the subscription is confirmed and the community solar enrollment process is complete the gift card will be supplied to the subscribing resident.
