Position Overview and Responsibilities

The Electrical Foreman manages and maintains crew-level production standards and supervises, schedules, and coordinates all personnel involved in installing solar PV systems. They provide daily progress reports to Construction Managers, plan crew workflow, manage inventory and company-issued tools, and ensure quality workmanship. The Foreman also provides on-the-job training to apprentice electricians and administers the inventory, proper use, and maintenance of tools.

Essential Position Attributes

Performance will be evaluated based on crew productivity and efficiency, the accuracy of daily reports and timecards, the quality of workmanship, and effective inventory management and tool maintenance.
