Position Overview and Responsibilities

Field Trainers play a crucial role in developing the competencies of Direct Sales Representatives. They guide and train new and existing agents, facilitate agent training for various customer types, and provide real-time support and feedback to sales agents. Field Trainers ensure that sales agents are equipped with the necessary skills to offer products effectively.

Essential Position Attributes

The effectiveness of Field Trainers will be measured by the number of trained and competent sales agents, training effectiveness and agent performance, agent retention and satisfaction rates, and the achievement of sales targets by trained agents.
