Position Overview and Responsibilities

Face-to-Face Sales Representatives at PTM Solar engage with the public to explain the Lifeline program, guide individuals through the enrollment process, and manage booths at retail locations. They are responsible for staying informed about program benefits and eligibility, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience during enrollment.

Essential Position Attributes

KPIs include the number of successful enrollments, public engagement and feedback, accuracy and efficiency of enrollment processes, and achievement of sales and enrollment targets.
