Position Overview and Responsibilities

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and attracting top manufacturing talent, conducting initial phone screens and candidate interviews, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process. They maintain transparent communication with clients and candidates and assist in coordinating candidate orientation and onboarding.

Essential Position Attributes

KPIs include the number of successful hires, candidate and client satisfaction, efficiency and accuracy in the recruitment process, and retention rates of hired candidates.
