Position Overview and Responsibilities

As a Solar Inside Sales Representative for PTM Solar, the individual will educate customers on Community Solar, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads. Responsibilities also include creating and maintaining a database of potential customers, exceeding sales targets, and providing valuable sales strategy input to improve customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.

Essential Position Attributes

KPIs for this role encompass the number of sales and new customer acquisitions, customer satisfaction and feedback, accuracy and upkeep of the customer database, and achievement of sales targets.
